Maryland Adopts Silica & Walking & Working Surfaces Standards
Maryland Occupational Safety & Health (MOSH) adopted two new federal standards into the state plan, effective immediately.
STANDARDS
Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1153 - Respirable crystalline silica
General Industry Standard 29 CFR part 1910, Subpart D
ENFORCEMENT
Enforcement in Maryland begins immediately.
